Learned how to make the following coffees:
- Short Black aka espresso
- Long Black
- Macchiato
- Long Macchiato
- Americano
- Caffe Latte
- Piccolo Latte
- Cappuccino
- Flat White
- Ristretto
- Double Ristretto
- Double Shot espresso
And also learned how to froth milk and get a silky, creamy and shiny milk that them coffee makers pour into the coffee to make coffee art :) Overall, the class was great! And now I've got a cert to show for it :) Hopefully with that I'll be able to get a job this time round! :)
